The December Moth

 Opportunities to put the moth-trap out during December were few, with weather conditions being predominantly wet and blustery.  

The eponymous December Moth appeared early in the month, when a male and female arrived on the same night and the only other moth to be tempted by the light was a Light-brown Apple Moth.
